XANDY OF ANNIES JP

Xandy is a gorgeous male hailing from Japan who comes from a long line of excellence. I am very grateful to have aquired frozen breedings from this wonderful dog and very excited for him to be part of my breeding program. Even more so after meeting him and his super owner this summer!

Xandy is a joyful and intelligent working dog, beautiful show dog, and beloved companion. 

Born at the world renowned kennel, Annies Tribe near Tokyo, Xandy participates in both show and sports. He currently enjoys training and trialing in IGP Obedience as well as competing in dog shows with his owner/handler. Xandy has been very successful on both the trial field and in the show rings with many placements on the podium! I was privilaged to meet this lovely boy, some family, his owner, and his breeder in the summer of 2024 while delivering a puppy from my B-Litter to his breeder, Atushi Horikawa.

From my personal observations:

Xandy has a super stable temperament. Highly handler focused, super drives to please his person and for play, confident all around, friendly and open with new people and other dogs, appropriately social, and level headed in a variety of environments. He is a beautifully moving dog of a medium size, strong and substantial bones, moderate angles, a big masculine head, and possesses a pearly white, super thick long coat!

I have a deep respect for Mr. Horikawa's breeding program, ANNIES TRIBE. His keen eye has produced such legendary dogs such as Isaac of Annies JP (Multi Best in Specialty Show Winner, CIB, JKC CH, CD2) and Victory Star of Annies JP (World's first and only WSS to become a European Winner with BOB or BOS for three consecutive years!). After meeting him and a handful of his lovely pack (especially Victory Star"Ray"- wow what a super girl!), I can fully understand why he has achieved such high accolades in his breeding. 

Xandy comes from the pairing of Isaac of Annies JP and Pearls Maple Jewel Star. His mother goes back to some of my favorites, Fox Mulder IZBB (Russia), BTWW Arizona (Estonia), and Echo Du Bois Des Ternes (France). His father brings in another late favorite boy, Elixir Ace des Gardien du Pacte (France).
